Unforgettable Experience in the Heart of the City
Staying here was a dream! The rooftop restaurant served a delightful buffet that kept us fueled for the day. Watching the sunset over the Zocalo from our room was breathtaking. Don't miss the chance to enjoy a cocktail at the rooftop bar! Tip, get to the rooftop early for the best views!

Impressive architecture and decor throughout the hotel.
The chaos started early in the morning and continued late into the night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. Despite my numerous complaints to the management, they only offered a free breakfast on my last day, which felt utterly insufficient given the disruption I faced.

We loved our stay here! The hotel's grand glass roof and historic charm were stunning. The rooftop view was spectacular, perfect for our family dinner. Staff were genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home, especially when they helped us explore the local area.
In my wife’s opinion, extra activities for kids would be great.

We explored the stunning Zócalo and visited the nearby Palace of Fine Arts. The staff was super friendly, welcoming us with champagne and a delightful dessert. The hotel’s architecture and Tiffany stained glass are breathtaking. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast. it’s a perfect start to your day!
We faced a bit of a hiccup with the air conditioning. it wasn’t working properly at first, but the front desk managed the issue well. It didn’t spoil our overall experience, but it was inconvenient.

The stay was enjoyable, with a beautifully designed hotel and friendly staff. The central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, including amazing museums and historical sites. The room was spacious and quiet, which made for a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. However, the staff at the front desk could have been more helpful during an inquiry about nearby lodging options.

Great spot in the heart of it all
I stayed here for a night with my family and loved the location—it’s super central! The staff were really friendly, and they even surprised my husband with a birthday cake. The only issue was that the beds were kinda hard, which gave me some hip pain. Oh, and there's a Starbucks just across the way for quick coffee runs!

I loved my stay at this beautiful hotel. The architecture impressed me from the moment I walked in. The Tiffany stained glass in the roof is stunning. The location right by Zócalo made exploring easy. Checking in was smooth, and the front desk staff welcomed me warmly with a dessert. The room was spacious with two comfy double beds, perfect for my family. I appreciated the coffee machine and the fresh water bottles available on each floor. The breakfast buffet tasted fresh and had plenty of options. One downside was the air conditioning. Initially, it didn’t work properly, which was inconvenient. The staff handled this issue well, though, so it didn’t affect my overall enjoyment. I also found the area a bit noisy, but that’s typical for a central location. This hotel truly adds charm to your visit to Mexico City.
